If you used all transactions included in your plan, you simply will not be able to register any new transactions. You will however still be able to access your share register. Simply upgrade your plan and you’ll be able to register additional transactions.
A transaction is any transaction you register under the ‘Transactions’ tab on Clarico. In other words, the following transactions are considered as transactions for the purpose of your plan: transfer, issuance, incorporation.
The following actions are not considered to be transactions: registering shareholder rights, adding stakeholders, editing your company’s information and adding or changing categories of shares.
Yes. An invoice is automatically generated and will be provided to you with your company’s information and VAT number.
